I wrote my first story when I was four and have been at it ever since. A graduate of Smith College with a B.A. in English, I have worked as a copywriter, speechwriter, and a scriptwriter. Now I’ve moved on to flash fiction and a novel, The Eighth Circle, a thriller, which will be published by Crooked Lane Books in January 2016. Married to an ex-political consultant, I am also the mother of three wonderful children and one lunatic cat.

Congratulations on the publication of “The Eigth Circle” in 2016. I’m joining you in the Fall when Post Hill Press will publish my memoir “Birth of a New Brain – Healing from Postpartum Bipolar Disorder”. I’m planning to use every bit of my time at the Catamaran Writers Conference to improve my manuscript, as it’s due next April. :0

Congratulations to you! I’ll look forward to reading it when it comes out. It’s always such a wild time trying to get a manuscript ready. You picked a great spot to work on it. Wish I could be there, but I’ll be in New York for Thrillerfest. Then collapsing for a week.

Just finished your 8th Circle – brava! my kind of escape novel. Your debut publication with its highly engaging plot and characters and your writing style made this thriller far superior to many others in this genre of late. I look forward to more. Thanks for the thrills!
